"Michael:  Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.  I have to tell you, I have been very pleased with the work that Jon's company did for us.  We had a persistent problem of water in the basement of a rental property we own in North Arlington -- whenever we had heavy rains there would be water in the basement.  But the house has been watertight since Jon and his crew did the waterproofing job last winter.  Even with the unprecedented winter snows and Spring rains we had earlier this year our basement stayed completely dry.
I made it a point to occasionally check with our tenant to make sure no water was coming in.  Below are two of her e-mail replies:

Feb. 22:  So far so good.  Especially with the amount of snow in the flower beds that has melted.  I haven't even seen a trickle of water downstairs.  I am so happy it got fixed before these last set of storms, I just can't imagine how bad the floods would've been when it all started to melt if it hadn't been.
